An investor and entrepreneur, Ray Oliver has been instrumental in sourcing capital for both private and public companies.

With more than 35 years in financial markets, Ray Oliver brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his relationships with new and emerging companies. His introductions have resulted in millions of dollars in equity financing in both public and private companies. Capital market specialties include introductions to retail brokers, institutions, money managers, small cap funds, analysts, and others.

Mr. Oliver’s experience began with his first 10 years as a Series 7 and 63 licensed retail stockbroker. He was responsible for managing all levels of equities markets. Ray also worked internally as an executive of multiple public companies. As a value add, he has invested his own capital, secured top management and raised several millions of investment capital from the street. He enjoys working with profitable companies that have strong management and are executing on their plans.

Ray received a degree in finance from Central Connecticut State University and resides in Orlando, Florida, with his wife and children.
